Role Overview
The Business and Financial Analyst is a key member of the Business Intelligence & Analysis team, providing accurate, detailed, and timely business and financial analysis to support the Business Development and Licensing teams.
What You Will Do
Conduct financial analysis, research target industries, build financial models, analyze publicly available financial information, and compile data to support company operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, investment research, management consulting, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in AI models for research and analysis, Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and data visualization
- Experience analyzing SEC filings, 10-Ks, 10-Qs, earnings releases, and financial statements of publicly traded high-tech companies
- Exceptional research skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, actionable analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Knowledge of the high-tech industry, including semiconductor, software, cloud computing, networking, mobile, or consumer electronics sectors
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Windows operating system
- Familiarity with intellectual property, patent law fundamentals, or technology licensing
