Field Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Field Sales Manager is the subject matter expert for delivering sales delivery of the Empire in-home experience through experience by a designated team of Flooring Consultants. Primarily through consistent, in-field coaching and development.

In-Field Coaching & Development, Sales Process Ownership & Expertise, Performance Coaching & Accountability, Team Development & Capacity Building.

Requirements

• Preferred two years sale leadership and coaching experience (preferably in a Shop-At-Home selling environment)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative or in-home selling processes
• Strong ability to observe, diagnose and improve sales behaviors
• Proven capability to coach and influence performance in a field-based environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license to support field activities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, lead teams, and succeed in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
