ROCKWOOL is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager – Residential to join their marketing team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail partnership management, omni-channel campaign execution, and metric-driven marketing strategy. The role will involve developing and managing key retail media initiatives, creating marketing assets, and driving lead generation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or communications, and 5+ years of marketing/sales experience in the building materials space.
Requirements
- 5+ years Marketing/Sales experience, in building materials space preferred
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- Direct experience managing retail media platforms for Lowe’s One Roof Media and Home Depot, Orange Apron Media
- Experience w/ field sales and channel dynamics
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Marketo, Google Data Studio, Dynamics CRM, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Data-driven analytical mindset; technical aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with SAP or similar business systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
