Senior Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our team in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Latvia, Malta, Gibraltar, and the UK. As a key member of our Sportsbook Product team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering product initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, flow, and execution. You will act as a steadying presence in a fast-moving environment, helping teams stay focused on priorities while balancing BAU, new initiatives, and external pressures.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a similar delivery-focused role within a complex B2B technology environment
• Proven track record of aligning engineering, Product Owners, and QA teams across multiple concurrent initiatives toward a single delivery goal
