Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the main processes of the department, supporting the management of the area, where they will actively participate in the preparation of the annual budget, and will be responsible for following up on the main deviations between budgeted and real.
What You Will Do
Support in the monthly closing process; Analysis of the main deviations between budgeted and realized by account, profit center and cost; Gathering justifications of the main deviations with the responsible areas; Preparation of the monthly closing presentation; Update of the daily purchase control – OTB; Support in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast; Analysis of expenses x realization in finance; Analysis of the monthly book information; Weekly update of stock turnover x purchases by material and analysis of deviations; Daily preparation and analysis of the dashboard by business unit and region; Periodic control of exchange stock; Preparation of the income statement by business unit; Attendance to stores and internal departments; Analysis of expenses x provision x absence of launch; Report of follow-up of all provisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with financial data and reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
