The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of customer communication, product selection and sizing, and technical support for contracts. The role requires a strong understanding of electronic controls, Hydraulic/pneumatic actuators & controls, mechanical systems, and operator interface. The successful candidate will have experience in industrial automation and instrumentation, and a strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Requirements
- Design Automation solutions for a variety of products and assemblies
- Provide technical support and answers to customers, sales, production and contracts departments
- Review customer request for quotation (RFQ), project specifications
- Size, select and communicate via operational description and schematics; pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic, systems
- Devise a technical and commercial proposal based on best solution to maximize win opportunity
