Join Rover as a Senior Data Analyst to help drive data-driven decisions and improve marketplace performance. As a hybrid position based in Barcelona, you’ll partner with product and design teams to analyze and present trends and insights to senior leadership and the product organization. You’ll support experimentation processes, improve decision-making, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years business experience in Analytics
- Background in data-informed decision-making to influence the product roadmap and feature prioritization
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation lifecycle, including statistical analysis and experimental design
- Track record of strong written and verbal communication to construct clear data narratives to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent with SQL and BI visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, etc.) to independently conduct root cause analyses
