Customer Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Customer Marketing Manager will develop and own the annual customer marketing strategy, identifying key moments, accounts, and shopper audiences to prioritize. They will build retailer-specific marketing plans that ladder up to brand goals and align with each account’s promotional and marketing calendar. The role will involve up to 30% travel to retail partners.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage retailer co-marketing programs, including digital and print media, in-store signage, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments. Measure program effectiveness using available data and translate results into actionable learnings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in shopper marketing, customer marketing, or retail marketing in food or CPG
• Strong understanding of the grocery retail landscape and how shoppers engage with products in a produce or perishables environment
• Experience developing retailer marketing programs and co-marketing activations with major grocery accounts
• Comfort using retail media metrics to inform strategy and tell compelling stories
• Experience managing a marketing budget and measuring ROI on programs
• Strong creative eye and the ability to brief, guide, and evaluate marketing assets
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Instacart Ads, retailer media platforms, or digital shelf tools is a plus
