Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and reporting financial data to drive the successful turnaround operations of Silversea. This role demands a keen eye for details and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive financial analysis, prepare detailed financial reports, create and maintain financial models, and analyze short and long-term trends across multiple dimensions.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting techniques
- Understanding of all components of Revenue in the Cruising business
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems and huge databases)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Fluent in English
- Competency in revenue management and financial control is a plus
