Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst role at Sweet Oak Group, a global food company, to own recurring reporting, build executive-level dashboards, and drive decision-making across the business.

Requirements

• Own the corporate functional budgeting process end to end
• Drive decision making across the business by translating data into clear recommendations
• Build strong relationships with functional owners across sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain
• Partner with sales and operations on pricing, trade spend, margin analysis, and SKU-level profitability
• Champion AI and automation across finance
• Support month-end close with accrual review, flux analysis, and tying out variances between forecast and actuals
• Own the headcount tracker and manage opex against budget by cost center
• Prepare lender reporting packages, covenant compliance materials, and quarterly updates for the ownership group
• Standardize forecast templates, build reusable models, and own the rhythm of the FP&A calendar
• Support ad hoc analysis for leadership on M&A, capex, working capital, and new product ROI
