Principal Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Principal Financial Analyst will serve as a Finance Lead for a portfolio of cost-plus development and fixed-price production programs, as well as AOIS portfolio IRAD, Capital, and Inventory internal investment activities. This position will support functions within AOIS, including Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing Operations.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include cost and schedule control, monitoring program funding against spend plans, billings and cash receipts, establishing program baselines, and analyzing monthly program performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and PMX. Financial deliverables include quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, variance analysis, forecasting, risk management, and internal and external financial reporting.

Requirements

• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams
• Experience with financial controls for multiple contract types
• Experience with Raytheon Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Department of Defense (DoD) EVMS requirements
• Experience using SAP transactions and PMX
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and program financial reporting
• Experience presenting financial information to management, cross-functional organizations, or external customers
