Senior Finance Manager – Deal Desk

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Sr. Finance Manager – Deal Desk to guide how Rula grows. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals.

You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
• At least 2 years of experience directly related to transactional finance, such as corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking
• Strong command of financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract economics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to cross-functional and executive audiences
• Health care industry or relevant consulting experience
