Product Operations Engineer

Rydoo is a global fintech scaleup revolutionizing spend management with a product-first approach. We’re looking for a Product Operations Engineer to shape the future of Product operations, building a product organization that is faster, smarter, and more automated to scale.

Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, RevOps, or a comparable systems-focused role
  • Proven experience building scalable processes and frameworks from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and feedback into structured insights
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation and operational tooling (no/low-code or API-based environments)
  • Practical exposure to AI tools and automation within a business context
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with a bias toward scalable solutions over manual fixes
  • High ownership, proactive problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity
