As a Senior Brand Manager at Mondelēz International, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for a global brand, aligned with the company’s global objectives and local market needs. You will oversee brand positioning, manage the brand portfolio, and conduct market analysis to identify trends and consumer behaviors.
Requirements
- 8 years of Consumer Marketing, brand-building and/or brand activation experience
- Ability to manage multi-brand / multi-country
- Consumer centric with a digital first mindset
- Effective communication (verbal & written) and strong presentation skills
- Strong leadership to influence core stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for brand building
- Proficient in digital marketing, consumer insights, and market analysis
