Role Overview
The Sales Manager – Business Development will be responsible for generating new recurring revenue through strategic client acquisition and long-term retainer agreements. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for a disciplined relationship builder who can develop structured pipelines, conduct consultative sales conversations, convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships, and align sales activity with operational capacity.
What You Will Do
Generate new recurring monthly revenue (retainer-based agreements), develop and manage a structured CRM pipeline, conduct prospecting outreach and schedule qualified meetings, deliver proposals and close service agreements, align new sales with operational capacity and delivery teams, maintain detailed CRM documentation and reporting, represent NSTCS professionally in client meetings and industry settings, and collaborate directly with executive leadership on growth strategy.
