We’re looking for a Public Safety & Communications Sales Manager to join our growing team in West Henrietta, NY. The role is responsible for building and executing a sales strategy that positions the SecureSync 2400 platform and White Rabbit technology as the precision timing standard across Communications Infrastructure and Public Safety sectors.
Requirements
- Experience selling into next generation 911, PSAP infrastructure upgrades, or emergency services IP network deployments.
- Familiarity with White Rabbit (CERN-originated sub-nanosecond timing protocol) or IEEE 1588 PTP profile implementations (telecom, power utility).
- Knowledge of GNSS vulnerability landscape: jamming, spoofing, meaconing, and resilient PNT architectures.
- Experience with federal grant-funded procurement (e.g., DHS, FEMA, NTIA emergency communications grants, public safety technology grants).
- Understanding of Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), IEEE 802.1AS, or converged IP network timing requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas in capital equipment or technology infrastructure sales.
- Deep familiarity with the land mobile radio ecosystem, including major OEM platforms, system integrators, and the public safety procurement process.
- Working knowledge of precision timing and synchronization concepts: GPS/GNSS disciplining, NTP, PTP (IEEE 1588), 1PPS, 10MHz frequency references, holdover, and oscillator types (TCXO, OCXO, Rubidium).
