Operations Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Operations Enablement Manager will oversee the development and delivery of learning programs, ensuring effective use of learning technologies and maintaining quality standards. The role requires at least 6-7 years of experience in BPO training operations, e-learning, and blended learning programs.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement training programs, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensure quality and consistency of training content, and monitor training effectiveness using learner feedback and KPIs.

Requirements

• Background in BPO Training Operation is an advantage
• At least 6-7 years experience in the same line of work
• Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, computer-based training development, and asynchronous learning content
