We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to strengthen our community and ensure first-time customers become loyal fans. The role involves developing and optimizing retention strategies, CRM flows, community events, and loyalty programs, and actively using new technologies and AI tools to bring personalization and efficiency to a new level.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical understanding of cohort analyses, retention rates, and CLV calculations
- Knowledge of Klaviyo and the ability to design email templates and campaigns
- Curiosity about AI tools and new technologies
- Good sense for people, language, and design
- Holistic thinking and the ability to see retention as a discipline that connects community, loyalty, CRM, and analysis
