As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to reach and exceed quarterly and annual targets. You will recruit, hire, and train your team to perform to their highest potential and work closely with internal stakeholders accomplish your business objectives.
The Head of Sales will manage both inside sales representatives and external channel partners. Responsible for millions in SaaS bookings, this position is critical to the success of the company and requires a leader that can recruit and retain top talent, manage to metrics, and most importantly, deliver results. The position reports to the Co-Founder.

What you’ll do
As the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for:
- Recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and training your sales team to become strong individual contributors
- Setting sales goals, assessing current and prior individual performance metrics, developing individual quotas, and assigning territories to team members
- Using smart/modern sales training techniques & methodologies to up-skill and enhance team performance
- Coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to team members consistently
- Achieving/exceeding agreed metrics and KPIs
- Acting as a liaison for our customers and provide feedback to the business and product owners
What you’ll bring
- Experience of a high volume of B2B sales
- Track record of success in selling SaaS software
- Proven track record in leading SaaS sales teams, as measured by performance against quota
- Strong business planning and forecasting skills
- Strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with fast growth companies (100%+ YoY growth)
