As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Tailwind, you’ll own the top of the sales funnel, researching and prospecting insurance brokers, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve outreach.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles (internships count)
- Excellent communication skills
- Curiosity about financial services or interest in learning about insurance
- Persistence and resourcefulness
- Startup mindset: adaptable, fast-moving, eager to take ownership
