Sales Engineer – Vietnam

We’re looking for an experienced, technical Sales Engineer to join our team! Working in conjunction with the sales team you will be the key technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions. You are a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive and passion for customer success!

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in Zenlayer products and solutions
  • Present product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients
  • Work closely with sales team to understand customers’ business need and network architecture
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer’s key decision-makers and technical stakeholders
  • Consolidate customer feedback and convey requirements to Product Management teams
  • Create relevant pre-sale tools and documentation
  • Lead deployments, implementations and integrations with the after-sales delivery team
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology developments, and competitor offerings
