Sales Manager (Tech/Retail)

AVNT is seeking a Sales Manager to help optimize and grow our sales team across the Services side of AVNT, and eventually our in-house products division and more. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a sales associate or manager in the corporate/startup space and a proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a sales associate or manager in the corporate/startup space
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing
• Experience using CRMs
• Self-starter who thrives in fast paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
