Role Overview
The EMEA Graduate Program – Solution Engineering Path is a 12-month program designed to give graduates exposure to both solution engineering and sales. Graduates will work on real projects, collaborate with fellow employees, and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of Salesforce.
What You Will Do
During the program, graduates will spend 60% of their time immersed in the role with clear tasks, targets, and stakeholder alignment, while the remaining 40% will focus on role-specific learning. They will be paired with experienced buddies in each path and gain exposure to senior solution engineering and sales professionals.

Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or other Adjacent disciplines
