Role Overview

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide product recommendations and promotions.

What You Will Do

The role involves building relationships, inspiring loyalty, and ensuring customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will also complete transactions accurately and efficiently, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate inventory issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
