Role Overview

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. The role involves building relationships, recommending products, and informing customers about promotions and events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
