Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will provide an optimal customer experience, ensure all transactions are complete and accurate, and maintain a good store appearance to meet brand standards.

What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Representative will record sales in the POS, handle monetary transactions, complete daily paperwork and reporting, make bank deposits, and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
