Director, Hardware Product Operations

Join Samsara’s Operations organization as the Director of Hardware Product Operations. Lead the team that lives at the intersection of hardware R&D, supply chain, and external joint development manufacturers (JDMs).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hardware sourcing, procurement, supply chain or a related field.
• Proven experience managing new product launches within an operations organization.
• Established people/team management skills with emerging organizational leadership skills.
• Experience building long-term relationships with key customers (internal and external) and guiding others to design and deliver solutions.
• Ability to plan strategy and roadmap for the next 1-2 years with relevant input and think outside of one’s own team to influence, create, and drive strategies.
