Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Exceptional technical literacy with ability to understand and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with internal teams to drive customer success
