Senior Manager, GTM Cycle Planning and Governance

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, GTM Cycle Planning and Governance will be responsible for managing the overall rhythm of the business, tracking and coordinating cross-functional activities, and providing regular reporting on GTM planning progress, milestone status, and executive governance readiness across functions and planning cycles.

What You Will Do

The position will require a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, project management, and organizational influence across a matrixed environment. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to manage GTM planning roadmaps and quarterly business review cycles, report on plans and schedules, drive escalation and resolution of issues, and manage mitigation plans for planning risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or GTM planning
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives including quarterly business review processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience presenting to and preparing materials for senior leadership
