Join Sanction Scanner as a Sales Director – Türkiye to lead our sales organization, drive new business growth, and build a high-performance team across the region.
What You Will Do
Own the Türkiye & Azerbajian new-business revenue number, personally lead strategic enterprise deals, establish quota setting, territory planning, and pipeline discipline in HubSpot.

8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership, experience closing enterprise deals in financial services, and demonstrated success building and managing distributed sales teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 5+ years in sales leadership (VP Sales, Director of Sales, Head of Sales)
- Experience closing enterprise deals in financial services (€50K+ ACV)
- Demonstrated success building and managing distributed sales teams across Türkiye & Azerbajian and Turkic markets
- RegTech, compliance, or fintech infrastructure background is a strong plus
- Existing network and deal-closing experience in financial services is a major plus
- Fluent English
