Associate Director FP&A

Role Overview

The Associate Director FP&A provides end-to-end financial leadership across the Generics value chain, serving as the trusted finance business partner for portfolio management, BD&L initiatives, and strategic projects.

What You Will Do

Drive long-term portfolio value, lead financial assessments, drive financial assessment and execution of BD&L opportunities, lead Generics Platform performance management, and provide financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field
• MBA/CPA preferred
• Fluent in English (oral and written), additional languages are a plus
• +10 to 12 years’ experience in financial management or controlling in a multinational environment
• Expertise in financial modelling, deal structuring, and strategic analysis
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with R&D and commercial models
• Leadership skills, optimal in matrix organization
