Role Overview

As Director Business Development Europe, you will scout for, evaluate and execute high-value, small molecule in-licensing deals to deliver Sandoz pipeline and augment our existing portfolio. You will represent business development in global and regional growth initiatives and special projects, ensuring internal cross-functional deal alignment and due diligence.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating potential partners, negotiating with 3rd party development, license and supply partners, and ensuring all deals are executed according to Global Business Development processes and guidelines.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will need to bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development and licensing, and 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will also need strong financial modelling and valuations skills, as well as proven people management and cross-functional project leadership skills.
