Role Overview
The role holder will act as a key support and coordination function for the Partner Success Director and ICR teams, enabling smooth day-to-day operations while strengthening partner delivery, process implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

Manage day-to-day operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure effective delivery across partner accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Former ICR experience and/or overseas education at UG or PG level preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing business activities in a globally diverse organisation
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
- High aptitude for software and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, think critically, and solve problems independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30%)
- Experience using project management tools and systems
