As a Digital Sales Development Associate, you will guide and influence customers in the early stages of their digital transformation journey through consultative conversations and secure new customer meetings. You will also develop strong business acumen, industry understanding, and consultative selling skills while supporting customers at the beginning of their cloud and digital transformation journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Generation, Inside Sales, or a related environment
- Comfort discussing business challenges and industry-specific topics with customers, including CxO-level stakeholders
- Experience or strong interest in cold calling, cold emailing, and digital prospecting
- Proven ability to manage priorities against weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
- Familiarity with demand generation and sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to execute digital-first, multi-touch sales motions in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies in B2B environments is a plus
- Fluency in English required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
