We’re looking for a Solution Customer Success Manager to manage strategic cloud customer accounts, develop trust with customer stakeholders, and drive customer references and revenue growth. The role requires proactive account planning, alignment of customers’ business strategies, and utilization of system-based usage data and feedback. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer management, value management, and customer adoption, with a strong ability to communicate and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Overall responsibility for the management of strategic cloud customer accounts
- Develops trust and deep relationship with customer stakeholders, account key decision makers and executive sponsors
- Advocates for and becomes the Voice of the Customer within SAP
- Drives customer references; pushes for reference stories across accounts
- Manages the renewal processes through qualification, needs analysis, commercial negotiation and close
- Meet or exceed account-specific revenue and profitability goals for account portfolio
- Drives opportunity development and accurate forecasting of the renewal and network growth opportunities
- Proactively engages customers to ensure they get maximum value from SAP solutions
