Working Student (f/m/d) – Business Development: Event Support

SAP is looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support the organization and execution of SAP SuccessFactors Community Events. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering events, as well as providing general organizational support for colleagues across additional event formats. The position offers opportunities for skill growth, constant learning, and a team that wants to see you succeed.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d), ideally studying business administration, communication, event or media management, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in event organization, communication, and teamwork
  • A structured, reliable working style and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent German (C1 or higher) and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • First experience with image and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Camtasia, Clipchamp, or similar)
  • A hands-on mindset, openness, and enjoyment in working collaboratively
