Requirements
- Act as the primary finance business partner to R&D teams, supporting engineering and functional leadership.
- Own departmental and product-level financial reporting, including budget vs. actuals, forecast updates, and variance analysis.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate product roadmaps, development timelines, and resource plans into financial forecasts (OpEx, CapEx, and headcount).
