Role Overview
Enable standardized operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting measures across all operations to enable consistent reporting and aligned performance management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and data analysis.
What You Will Do
Track operations performance, analyze KPI results to identify gaps and opportunities, and create and maintain BI reports & dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of exposure in a data analytics environment, proficiency in data analysis tools, and understanding of Sasol Ops systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Science/Business) or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years exposure in Data Analytics environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAP or Microsoft Azure DevOps)
