Senior Data Scientist Greece

Satalia is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead projects and ship AI systems for WPP and its FTSE 100 client base. The role involves designing and running training pipelines, building and maintaining production inference services, and architecting agentic AI systems. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience shipping ML models to production, deep expertise in NLP/LLMs or other areas, and strong software engineering habits.

Requirements

• 5+ years shipping ML models to production
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in at least one of: NLP/LLMs, computer vision, recommender systems, or causal inference
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, RLHF, DPO) or building LLM-powered systems (agents, RAG, structured generation)
• Strong software engineering habits — version control, testing, code review, CI/CD
