Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new IFM opportunities across industrial and commercial, building relationships with clients, and managing the sales cycle.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include business development and sales, proposal tender and budget preparation, client and relationship management, and market intelligence CRM and internal coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on B2B business development experience in facility management, real estate, property services, industrial or outsourced B2B services, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of hands-on B2B business development in facility management, real estate, property services, industrial or outsourced B2B services
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, lead client meetings, prepare proposals and preliminary budgets, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle
- Practical experience reviewing RFPs, coordinating cross-functional inputs and managing submission deadlines
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese
- Advanced working proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
