Seeking an experienced People Operations Coordinator to build and lead the foundation of the people function at a fast-growing, tech-enabled insurance startup.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people operations or HR, preferably at a startup or fast-paced tech/fintech company
- Proven experience with benefits administration, HR compliance, and HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
- Experience building and scaling people processes and systems from scratch in a high-growth setting
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee matters
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage both HR responsibilities and workplace experience initiatives
- Passion for building strong, people-first cultures and developing the people function as a competitive advantage
