Sales Operations & Enablement Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales Operations & Enablement Analyst supports the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the sales organization through data-driven insights, process optimization, CRM administration, sales enablement programs, project coordination, and performance reporting.

What You Will Do

Support scalable sales operations processes, partner with Sales leadership, own and optimize CRM processes, develop and deliver Power BI dashboards, drive lead generation strategies, promote process standardization and automation, manage integrated project plans, and establish strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms
• Strong project planning and execution skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement
