Role Overview

This role is a part-time Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor position at Sally Beauty, the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. The associate will work on-site in Santa Paula, CA, focusing on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. The role involves assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

What You Will Do

Build relationships and inspire loyalty, recommend additional products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the loyalty program, complete transactions, and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management clearly
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned
