What You Will Do

The Sales Associate will perform tasks such as completing transactions accurately, ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program, and communicating inventory issues. The role also involves demonstrating the Cosmoprof Culture Values and maintaining a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
