Role Overview
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide product recommendations. The role involves building relationships, inspiring loyalty, and ensuring customers are informed about promotions and events.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
