They are building a high-performance sales engine and need a Sales Operations & Lead Gen Specialist to own the backend. The role involves working with HubSpot, Apollo, and Instantly.ai to ensure pipeline data integrity and outreach technology fluidity.
Requirements
- Tech mastery: Deep familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must. Experience with Instantly.ai or similar cold email tools is a huge plus.
- System-oriented mindset: You enjoy the ‘backend’ work of sales – organizing data, building reports, and optimizing workflows.
- Coachability: You are a fast learner who stays up-to-date with new tools and AI technologies.
- Attention to detail: You catch the small errors in data that others miss.
- English proficiency: Strong written and verbal English (though this is not a client-facing role, you will be supporting U.S. leadership).
- Availability: Flexible, but with a strong preference for candidates who can sync during 9 AM – 5 PM EST to collaborate with the team in real-time.
