GTM Engineer

The role consists of using tools like Crunchbase, Apify, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clay, Instantly, Dripify, etc., to compile data, build campaigns, enrich leads, schedule campaigns, etc. You’ll be managing the entire client acquisition system for our clients. So if you have experience with GTM strategy, cold email, list building, data enrichment, etc., you’re perfect for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and enrich leads
• Manage responses from email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Build monthly client reports
• Schedule appointments and meetings between prospects and sales executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Build enrichment flows on Clay and other data tools.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the US
• A self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to step into a business development car
• Ability to work independently and intuitively. Self accountable.
• Experience with Clay and outbound campaigns

Great to have

• Prior experience in growth ops
• Proven track record of successful GTM strategy implementation
