Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth across school partnerships and trainee placements. This is a high-visibility role designed for a specialist who understands the UK education landscape and thrives on connecting talented trainees with the right school environments.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for securing partnerships, creating placement pipelines, and placing qualified trainees and teachers into long-term or permanent roles. You will also lead the Sales and Placement teams, set and monitor targets, and deliver clear forecasts on the partnership pipeline and placement success rates.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience specifically within Education Recruitment or School Business Development
- Proven track record of cold-calling, pitching to Headteachers, and closing multi-year SLAs
- Deep understanding of the classroom environment and what schools look for when taking on trainees and new staff
- Experience managing a team and driving them toward collective revenue and placement targets
