- Meet or exceed personal sales goals
- Be knowledgeable about merchandise
- Follow instructions for specific requests from customers
- Analyze reports and make decisions about purchasing and sales trends
- Stock shelves and counters with merchandise
- Communicate professionally with vendors and outside sales representatives
- Train associates on merchandise use and knowledge
- Prepare for and facilitate product knowledge and sales meetings
- Attend weekly sales and product knowledge training meetings
