Schréder is a company that has been lighting cities and infrastructure for over 100 years. They are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their high-growth lighting portfolio, specialising in Sports and Transport sector for major commercial and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial, public, and infrastructure lighting projects across NSW
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and project handover
  • Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality tailored solutions
  • Strengthen relationships with architects, specifiers, engineers, contractors, and councils
  • Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Maintain structured CRM records and provide insight into market trends and opportunities
